Thanks to
all retiring committee members, especially Ron and Iona, and thanks to the new ones preparing to give up their time to keep the club going. Welcome back Fishman!
Cheers Hobie
Thanks, Mark - we've had a great team on the committee for the last 3 years (and of course the years preceding that) so thanks also to other retiring committee members, Rex, who has put a lot in to committee meetings and skillfully led many city rides; to Ritchie who has supported lots of rides and to Justin who has done an excellent job of the secretarial role and membership mgmt of the club - and many thanks to John D who has tirelessly offered so many great rides over many years. Brilliant team :).

Thanks Ron & Co
Agree with Hobie - Thanks for all your hard work Ron & Co.
Best wishes to you Old Mod as you take over the handlebars!
Think the idea of moving to facebook is a good one - I for one would certainly be more engaged with the club. I am currently doing a campaign on Facebook to Save the last remaining beach campsite in Auckland @ Takapuna and it is certainly been easy to use and maintain.

Facebook aye?
Using Facebook is the online equivalent of staring at yourself in the mirror.

I personally have found it great way to keep in touch with other people - friends, family, club members etc.
FB is what you make of it. Depending on how much you wish to share it can be more of a window than a mirror.
I love the smell of 2 stroke in the morning
