Sun, 5 July '09 - AGM Magnetos Scooter Club, 1.30pm at the Scout Hall, 660 Mt Albert Rd

The Annual General Meeting will be held on Sunday, 5th July, starting at 1.30pm at the Scout Hall, 660 Mt Albert Rd (between Pah Rd and Hillsborough Rd). Entrance is up a long driveway between two houses and the Scout Hall is right at the end of the driveway - note that the building has no signage on it but scooters will be places at the bottom of the driveway as a signpost. All members are invited to attend and all who would like to join the club, so come along. The Officers of the Committee for the 09/10 year will be voted in, reports from 08/09 year will be given and opportunity to meet up and share ideas for future club activiities. Avo tea will be provided :).
More details and nominations forms for the new committee will be sent out to club members.

Always good to highlight the AGM and the Pre-AGM ride :)
Make sure you all come along and put forward your great ideas for this coming 09/10 year for the club. We've had some really good things happen due to members coming up with ideas e.g. the tiddler ride to Awhitu (thanks Kenny) so don't leave it all up to the Committee. Your thoughts and contributions make the club. See you there.
